Yes. Customers keep calling the number they already use. We answer when you can't.
What can the AI receptionist do?

It sticks to what you've told us and never makes up services, hours or prices. Anything it can't answer, it emails you the details and the caller's callback number.
How long does setup take?
After checkout, book your onboarding call. We build your website and receptionist, you preview them, and nothing goes live until you're happy. It's usually live within a week after the call.

Does booking a call lock me in?

We publish your business details in formats AI assistants read, and we give them a secure way to check your real open times and book once your calendar is connected.
Do I need this now?
Most of your bookings likely still come by phone and online today, and that's where we focus. More and more, customers also ask AI assistants like ChatGPT or Google's AI to find a local business and book for them. Getting you ready for that is included at no extra cost, so you're ready when they do.
Can an assistant book something I don't want?
No. It can only offer and book the same open times and services your receptionist and website offer, under your booking rules.
Do I have to switch booking software?
No. Keep the booking system you use today. Works with Google Calendar, Square, Acuity, Calendly, Outlook and MoeGo. We set each one up with you during onboarding. Calendly works through your scheduling link. Use something else? Book a free consultation call and we'll see if we can support it. Deposits, card payments and reminders stay in Square or MoeGo exactly as they work today. During setup we may ask you to approve the connection or share an access key from your booking tool's settings. We never ask for your password. No booking system? We give you one.
