BookedFast is a trade name of Longo Ventures LLC. This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us handle it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted. Questions: hello@bookedfast.co.

What we collect

When you chat with Ava on our Get started page

• Your first name, email, shop name and the booking system you use, plus anything else you choose to tell her, like your city, website or team size.
• The chat itself. The chat is saved so we can pick up where you left off. After checkout, we set everything up on your onboarding call.

When you call us or use the in-browser call

• Calls to our line and to our demo shop are answered by an AI receptionist. We keep a transcript and a summary of each call, and calls may be recorded.
• If you leave your details on a call, like your name, shop, email or a callback number, we keep them so we can get back to you.

When you book a free consultation call or an onboarding call

• The name and email you enter, and the time you pick, so we can send you the invite.

When you check out

• Payment is handled by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Your payment details go to Stripe, not to us, and we never see or store them. We keep the record Stripe sends us: your email, what you bought, your plan and whether payment went through.

When you set up your service

• What you tell us on your onboarding call so we can build your website and receptionist: your services, prices, hours, booking rules, the email where we send booking requests, and your answers to our setup questions.

When you visit the site

• Simple visit counts on our own system, like which page was opened, which button was tapped, and the code from an offer link. We don't put advertising trackers on the site.
• A few small cookies that keep the site working, like remembering your chat or an offer link you followed.

Why we use it

• To answer your questions and set up and run the service you asked for.
• To email you about your setup, your preview and your account.
• To take payment and handle refunds.
• To see what's working on the site and fix what isn't.

We don't sell your information.

Who helps us handle it

We share information only with the companies that run parts of BookedFast for us, and only for that purpose:

• Stripe processes payments and stores payment details.
• Retell AI runs Ava's chat and our AI receptionist calls, including transcripts and any recordings.
• Vercel hosts our website.
• Supabase hosts our database.
• Google runs the calendars we book into.
• Our email provider sends our emails.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're talking with you about BookedFast and for as long as you're a customer. After that, we delete it unless we have to keep a record for tax or accounting. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

• Delete or see your information: email hello@bookedfast.co and tell us what you'd like. We'll confirm when it's done.
• Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in our follow-up emails, or reply and ask us to stop.
